Calling Dr. Sears......

For those who might not know.....like myself, Dr. Sears is a very well know and respected pediatrician.  He and his wife have wrote a ton of books and are very pro "attachment parenting".  I have read some of his stuff and have like most of what I read.  When the opportunity came up to hear him speak, I took it.  It was a good lecture on healthy eating and lifestyles, and staying away from the "sticky stuff".  Unfortunately, I love the sticky stuff.  Fried foods, donuts, ice cream, etc.....only the best stuff out there!
